Schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, ships and residential renovation can lead to different historical records and material questions.
Nearby trades
Drywall, insulation, pipe, boiler, flooring and demolition work may have occurred in the same area. Nearby work should be documented rather than assumed.
